Company Overview
Founded in 2003 with the mission of meeting the vast information needs of perpetually under-resourced small- and medium-sized enterprises, Hanover Research has come to serve organizations of every size, both for-profit and non-profit, all over the world. By creating—and always building upon—an extensive research infrastructure that any of our members, at any time and with any need, may access, we are able to provide a service that is revolutionary in its combination of flexibility and affordability, and which is well-suited to any organization seeking to become more knowledgeable on any subject.
Membership Overview Hanover Research is a membership-based full-service research company that provides member organizations with unlimited on-demand, customized research of all varieties. Hanover's value proposition is clear. Members pay one annual fee and receive unlimited access to our professional research team. By operating on a shared-expense model, we allow our member organizations to outsource their research and planning function for a fee commensurable to one project with traditional providers. Members may treat our staff as their staff, requesting research on any conceivable topic. Turnaround is swift - members often receive their results within a matter of days. Our work has enabled strategic management and forward-thinking decision-making at organizations across the country and around the world. The highly customized nature of our research empowers executives with objective, data-driven analysis upon which to make immediate and effective decisions. In addition, a Hanover membership affords access to our library of archived research, monthly publications on a myriad of relevant topics, on-call project support, and quarterly consultations. These added benefits offer insight into topics of interest to a unique group of organizations around the world. Research Capabilities Research and services may include, but are not limited to: primary research (survey design, administration and analysis, interviews with industry/issue experts); secondary research (literature reviews, environmental scanning, market profiles, competitive intelligence); data analysis (business analytics, data mining, trend analysis); benchmarking (organizational structure, operating metrics, efficiency metrics); and best practices (process improvement, strategy research, decision support). Quarterly Consults We feel that it is incumbent upon us to ensure that every member draws optimum return from their membership contribution. For this reason, it is routine to conference with each member on a quarterly basis to review their usage for the prior quarter, make sure they have received other reports we have circulated, and discuss what they are working on and how Hanover might assist. These calls may be attended by as many internal constituencies as a member likes. On-Call Project Support Hanover staffers are on-call to assist with difficult or last-minute internal research initiatives. Common quick-turnaround projects: Executive briefs detailing the impact of breaking industry news, talking points for speeches or meetings, and last minute editing of proposals or marketing materials. Our staff is always available to provide information and analysis around pressing challenges. Library of Archived Research Our searchable archive of research provides easy access to past research and analysis through a user-friendly and password protected web-based interface. The research library is updated daily with new content, and we encourage members to use this resource to stay abreast of issues affecting their industry. |
