Vacation

We believe that work/life balance is important, so we instituted unlimited vacation days for exempt team members. Non-exempt team members have 15 days of paid vacation, 5 sick days, and 10 paid holidays.

Transport

Team members get $100 in free Lyft credits each month. We also reimburse Clipper cards up to $130 per month to cover commuting costs.

Location

Our beautiful office is situated in the heart of San Francisco’s vibrant and sunny Mission District. Within blocks, you can grab coffee from Blue Bottle or Sightglass, or pop into Flour + Water for dinner. We also recommend taking in the view from our roof deck!

Community

The tight-knit Lyft team can often be found together, whether at bi-weekly team meetings, recreational sports league matches, or community hangouts. We’re also a dog-friendly office, so canine friends are welcome too.

Food & Snacks

We provide fresh and healthy lunch five days a week, and keep our kitchens fully stocked with delicious food and beverages to keep snack attacks at bay. Our most sacred tradition? Bagel Wednesdays.
