Job Overview
The Security Administrator will support all assigned personnel security activities. The Security Administrator maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day to day personnel security activities, works fairly independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance, and performs various clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the organization and contract. Utilizes good judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations.
The incumbent performs administrative work organizing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring and implementing security activities. The Security Administrator also prepares, submits and coordinates processing of the visitor control documents and maintains VR documents, logs and Access Facilities Lists within timeframe designated by the company and customer. The incumbent is a highly motivated administrative professional who demonstrates strong attention to detail, has a sense of urgency, maintains confidential/sensitive information and produces work output with a high accuracy rate.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Prepares and facilities execution of DD Form 254 as needed.
- Updates and maintains e-CPRL.
- Submits Clearance Packages.
- Conducts semi-annual e-CPRL audit and resolves any discrepancies.
- Performs audits on Security folders, documents and processes.
- Maintains records/database for Common Access Cards (CAC) and SIDs.
- Maintains customer computer accounts as required.
- Tracks all escort briefings and generates escort letters upon completion; distributes a monthly list of employees that are due for their briefings.
- Maintains, tracks and reviews all government required security trainings.
- Educates and coordinates foreign travel. Processes foreign travel briefings/debriefings and tracking of dates/destinations.
- Process and protect personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive, personal information with regards to reporting responsibilities in a professional manner.
- Create and maintain AFL database; review with POC's to avoid disruption in service.
- Prepare reports, summaries and replies to inquiries.
- Acts as subject matter expert and ensures contractual compliance regarding VR/FAR process including providing requestor notification of approvals or denials.
- Reports all Security violations or concerns to the AFSO.
- Develops a variety of reports and helps maintain contract performance metrics/key performance indicators. Submits weekly activity report to AFSO/Project Manager as directed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- A minimum of 1 (one) year of secretarial/administrative experience.
- A minimum of 1 (one) year of personnel security related experience that includes familiarity with duties of an FSO.
- Possess, or complete within 90 days of hire, the FSO Program Management Possessing Facilities certification.
- Attend and complete the Government's CSSO training as scheduled by the company.
- Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess the required intelligence community level clearance.
- Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
