Position Description Summary: | The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking to fill a faculty position in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery. The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is part of a growing academic health center located in the heart of a world-class, vibrant metropolitan area and its cultural, family, and educational opportunities. Appointment to this full-time academic position will be made at a rank (instructor/assistant/associate/professor) and salary commensurate with experience. |
Specific Duties and Responsibilities: | Responsibilities include delivering excellent patient care, teaching residents and medical students, and conducting high-quality research. |
Minimum Qualifications: | Applicants must be American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery certified/eligible; fellowship trained in subspecialty prior to appointment; and eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia. |
Advertised Salary: | Salary will be commensurate with experience. |
